- Strong people management experience in a regulated manufacturing operations environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A working knowledge of Upstream/Downstream Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) manufacturing operations
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and goal-driven environment
- Strong decision-making capability
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience with Lean Tools and their implementation
