Job description

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

3 to 10 years of experience in full stack development with expertise in Angular, Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

Proficiency in front-end technologies (Angular, JavaScript).

Strong experience with back-end development (Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot).

Experience in building and integrating web services (REST API).

Proficiency in MongoDB and Oracle DB, including SQL.

Working knowledge of cloud-based application development.

Expertise in JUnit and performance benchmarking.

Basic Unix/Linux knowledge and experience with shell scripting.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and toolchains (Git, GitOps, Artifactory, JIRA).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Experience with Agile development practices is a plus.

Professional certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Understand Technology Landscape: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape to effectively contribute to application architecture and design.

Contribute to Architecture: Assist in designing and evolving the application architecture, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Write Technical Specifications: Develop and review technical specifications to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.

Perform Development Activities: Implement and maintain both front-end and back-end components using Angular, Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.

Develop Web Services: Build and integrate web services, including REST APIs, to support application functionality and interoperability.

Manage Databases: Work with MongoDB and Oracle DB, including SQL, to design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries.

Support Cloud Applications: Develop and deploy cloud-based applications, ensuring scalability and performance in a cloud environment.

Conduct Performance Benchmarking: Utilize expertise in JUnit and performance benchmarking to test and optimize solutions.

Use Unix/Linux: Apply basic Unix/Linux knowledge to write and understand shell scripts and execute basic Unix commands.

Work with Containers: Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.

CI/CD Pipelines: Configure and maintain CI/CD build pipelines and toolchains using Git, GitOps, Artifactory, and JIRA.

Provide Support: Offer support during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.

Coordinate with Stakeholders: Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure successful delivery.
