Key Requirements:

• Business Analysis Experience:
  • 8+ years in IT Business Analysis within Financial Services
  • Strong exposure to Financial Reporting systems
  • Experience in Regulatory Reporting (e.g., CCAR, FRY9C) preferred
• Technical Skills:
  • Good understanding of PL-SQL
  • Exposure to API-based development
  • Familiarity with third-party reporting applications is a plus
• Methodologies & Tools:
  • Experience working in Agile/Iterative programs
  • Hands-on with JIRA
  • Experience as Product Owner is an advantage
• Domain Expertise:
  • Corporate Regulatory Reporting
  • Management Reporting (Finance, Wholesale, Market Risk)
  • End-to-end exposure to:
    • Data acquisition
    • Processing
    • Reconciliations and adjustments
    • Controls and governance
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
