We’re looking for a Lean Process Analyst to lead process improvement initiatives that make a real difference. You’ll use Lean methodologies to re-engineer workflows, analyse data, and deliver measurable results across critical business functions.

What You’ll Bring

Lean experience

Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset

Experience in process analysis and business case development

Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change

Retail sector experience (especially in IT back-office and POS systems) is a plus!
