Job Location: Hyderabad

Required Experience:

5–12 Years of experience is required

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on SharePoint (2010/2013/2016/Online)

Participate in SharePoint upgrade and migration projects

Design and implement workflows using Visual Studio and third-party workflow engines

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs

Create High-Level Design (HLD) documents covering both functional and non-functional aspects

Estimate project tasks and deliverables accurately

Participate actively in design reviews, code reviews, and testing cycles

Provide training and post-deployment support to end-users and key stakeholders

Essential Skills:

Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint (2010/2013/2016/Online)

Strong understanding and experience in SharePoint Add-in (SharePoint-hosted and Provider-hosted apps)

Expertise in Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate

Ability to integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and external systems like SQL Server or Azure

Proficiency in customizing and extending Power Platform using PowerFX, JavaScript, and custom connectors

Experience in creating technical documentation (HLD/LLD), prototypes, POCs, and client presentations

Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead teams and interact with clients effectively

Good to have Skills:

Exposure to Microsoft Azure services

Knowledge of modern UI frameworks and responsive design

Experience with Agile or DevOps delivery models

SharePoint Framework (SPFx) extension development knowledge

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint

Essential Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
