About The Job:

 

We’re seeking an accomplished commercial leader to drive the growth and strategic direction of an expanding cruise division as the Head of Cruise Product.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the business roadmap for this cruise vertical, working with a dynamic team across marketing, partnerships, product, operations, and technology to accelerate sales performance and maximise profitability.

This is a rare and influential leadership role within a high-growth travel brand that’s redefining how consumers experience luxury and value in cruise travel.

 

 

What You'll Be Doing:

 

  • Lead the commercial performance, sales growth, and strategic direction of the cruise division
  • Design and implement forward-thinking strategies that elevate product offering and market position
  • Drive pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies to optimise and support both sales targets and brand positioning
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with suppliers to unlock exclusive inventory and bring differentiated, high-impact cruise deals to market
  • Use data-driven insights and industry trends to guide decision-making, enhance performance, and deliver ongoing commercial optimisation
  • Deliver regular performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support ongoing revenue growth and sales momentum

 

 

What You'll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement and product strategy, with a proven ability to source the right inventory at optimal cost, negotiate effectively, and build a profitable, market-leading product portfolio
  • Proven commercial leadership with a strong track record of driving revenue, margin, and market growth within the cruise industry
  • Extensive industry knowledge and a talent for cultivating trusted, high-value partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker who translates sales data and market insights into actionable initiatives that accelerate growth
  • Experienced collaborator, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, technology, and operations to deliver seamless and engaging customer experiences
  • Ability to drive digital and process innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance booking platforms, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the end-to-end customer experience
