Are you an experienced Print Machine Minder with a passion for precision and quality?

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain gluing machines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters to achieve precise gluing, folding, and sealing.
- Monitor machine performance and carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflow and achieve targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with any other duties as required.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience operating gluing machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to set up and adjust machinery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
