About the Role:

Were looking for a sharp, independent Video Producer/Director who can take full ownership of video projects from shoot planning to final delivery. This is a leadership role where youll oversee both the cinematographer and editor, manage on-ground shoots across locations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, directing real-world content, and managing a projects full lifecycle with clarity and creative control.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end production pipeline—right from planning to delivery.
• Lead and coordinate the work of the field cinematographer and in-house editor.
• Plan, direct, and execute shoots across multiple campuses and institutions.
• Handle scripts, shoot schedules, and crew coordination.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for approvals, shoot requirements, and feedback.
• Ensure smooth execution, quality control, and timely delivery of every video.
• Adapt to different content formats—interviews, documentaries, podcasts, campus features.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good experience in video production, direction, or creative project management.
• Strong command over shoot planning, visual storytelling, and project timelines.
• Ability to handle dynamic on-ground environments with lean teams.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and autonomous decision-making in the field.
