Our team is entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and focused on driving growth with some of the world's largest telecommunications providers, cloud platforms, and enterprise customers. As we scale in North America, we are looking for a senior leader to own and drive our regional business.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales, partnerships, and new business development across key telco and enterprise accounts in the US and Canada. You'll lead a team, manage existing partnerships, open new markets, and own an ambitious revenue growth mandate across both "big bet" Tier 1 clients and "broad bet" Tier 2/3 accounts.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and executing regional sales strategy and growth plans.

Building and nurturing relationships with partners, customers, and global carriers.

Developing qualified pipeline opportunities and closing large, complex deals.

Managing sales forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic account management.

Overseeing regional team hiring, onboarding, and leadership development.

Building alliances with external partners, field services companies, and technology vendors.

Leading discussions with CXOs, procurement teams, and enterprise stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

20+ years of experience in the telecom industry, enterprise solutions, or global carrier business.

Proven track record of building and scaling revenue in international or complex B2B sales environments.

Deep understanding of global telecom, connectivity, cloud, managed services, and enterprise IT ecosystems.

Strong experience managing partnerships, alliances, and large customer accounts.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional global teams.

Ability to build teams, scale operations, and develop talent across geographies.

Engineering degree and/or MBA preferred.
