Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Translate complex concepts into simple and engaging user experiences.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to implement UI designs effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise across different platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
