Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and helping to build a strong digital brand identity. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and target audiences
Manage daily social media activity, including community engagement, comments, messages, and mentions
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular performance reports
Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes across platforms
Execute paid advertising campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion
Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to refine strategies
Track KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversion metrics
Assist in influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
Knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles
Video editing or motion graphics skills are a plus
Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is a bonus
