About the Role

Senior Executive - Central

Monitor the client escalations and work with multiple stakeholders like Design, Finance, Service Management, Warehouse Operations to resolve the issues within the defined TAT.
Build tools to streamline the client escalation and resolution process.
Identify Client pain areas and work with stakeholders to permanently resolve client issues.
Measure NPS for WAAS Services and take necessary steps to continuously improve the same.
Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and sales to ensure seamless service delivery, timely resolution of client issues, and effective communication Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level metrics to track account performance.
Identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to implement corrective measures.
Keep communication flowing with customers on a daily basis to ensure the highest customer service via virtual meetings or in person as per the requirements.
Report and document any irregularities to the Supervisor immediately
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and establishing trust and credibility.

About the team

Senior Executive - Central

This  role is at the Externalization vertical of Ekart (the Supply Chain Business of Flipkart).  

Client Operations Manager is responsible for adding new client accounts for Warehousing vertical by continuously generating leads and building a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. The team works closely with top e-commerce/ omni-channel/ retail brands on various services being offered and helps achieve the new business win for Warehousing vertical, maintain client relationship, revenue recognition, conduct business performance reviews, add scale and revenue to the network.

You are Responsible for
