Automios is a rapidly growing IT startup dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions. We are seeking a Scrum Master with a Computer Science/IT background to guide our development teams, improve Agile processes, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and manage the product backlog.

Remove obstacles that hinder the development team’s progress.

Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor sprint metrics and provide clear project status updates to stakeholders.

Coach team members in Agile frameworks and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Familiarity with software development processes and IT project lifecycles.

Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple cross-functional teams.

Preferred IT Skills:

Understanding of programming languages (Java, Python, or similar) is a plus.

Basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
