Project details:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SAP Project Manager – Quality Assurance (QA) to oversee and manage the execution of SAP projects while ensuring the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SAP project lifecycle, managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and implementing rigorous quality assurance measures. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, strong project management skills, and an emphasis on delivering exceptional results within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and oversee SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance:

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure SAP solutions meet the highest standards of performance and functionality.

Lead quality reviews, including testing, defect management, and post-implementation quality assessments.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and SAP best practices for quality management throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with project deliverables and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, project teams, and senior management, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and project objectives.

Provide regular project status updates and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on quality assurance and quality management.

Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects, with a strong understanding of SAP modules, workflows, and methodologies.

Strong knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and tools, including test management, defect tracking, and automation testing.

PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are highly desirable.

Experience with SAP solution architecture and integration, as well as system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
