We are currently recruiting a DevOps Lead to join our team. In this role you will lead the implementation and management of Salesforce DevOps processes to ensure efficient and secure operations. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of DevOps environments tailored to Salesforce applications.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce Security to safeguard data and applications.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Manage SFDC Data to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Utilize Copado for effective release management and version control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize DevOps processes to improve performance and reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce DevOps environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps and Salesforce.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce DevOps tools and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of case management solutions with a focus on financial risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of DevOps practices.

The experience you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in Salesforce Security
  • Hands-o experience of Salesforce DevOps Workbench for managing development and deployment tasks.
  • Expertise in CI/CD for Salesforce
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing DevOps environments for Salesforce applications.
  • Experience in managing SFDC Data to maintain data quality and consistency.
  • Knowledge of Copado for efficient release management and version control.
  • Experience in case management solutions particularly in financial risk is a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest DevOps and Salesforce trends.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Certifications Required
  • Certified Salesforce DevOps Engineer Copado Certified Administrator
