Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales efforts and impactful marketing campaigns. You will identify new market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, promote brand awareness, and help boost revenue through innovative and targeted strategies.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Develop promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content
- Coordinate and attend trade shows, events, or webinars to represent the brand
- Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance metrics
- Assist in developing branding, positioning, and messaging strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Mailchimp)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales and digital marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Multilingual skills (depending on the target market)
