The One Aftersales team are recruiting for a Reporting, Process & Systems Implementation Manager on a full time fixed term contract basis until December 2026.
What you could be doing:
- To ensure that the Parts Operation and Supply Chain (including the Central Warehouse and TPS Centres) have the optimum systems infrastructure, process and reporting solutions in place to deliver the highest levels of service, efficiency and commercial results for the Quality Parts project.
- Establish and deliver reporting across all required metrics to accurately monitor and track performance to enable effective commercial decisions and report performance to senior stakeholders.
- Centrally project manage the functional change and integration process of various systems to allow for the procurement and onward sale of parts from 3rd party UK suppliers.
- Ensure all new processes are accurately documented and opportunities for improvement are identified and championed.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, translate and present complex statistical and financial data in a format suitable to the audience.
- Experience of building complex reports in Excel and/or using tools such as PowerBI or Qlikview.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Ability to review and design business work processes and find creative solutions to complex problems.
- Flexible in adapting to changing demands and confident in leading members from other teams to meet project deadlines
