Achieving sales targets through direct efforts and by identifying sales opportunities for the CASA products by acquiring New to bank customers and building new relationships

Achieving acquisition and deepening value targets

Sourcing various liabilities products such as RD, TD MF, LI etc

Deepen and grow the balances of mapped book to increase total relationship value (TRV).

Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships and increase product per customer.

Be the first point of contact for mapped customers for all their banking needs.

Meaningful engagement with mapped book customers for Digital channel adoption.

Generate & Maintain database of HNI customers.

Cross-sell retail, other banking and TPP products to mapped and other customers.

Compliance of Regulations and Process Adherence
