Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for IT (Java, .NET, Cloud, QA, DevOps, Data) and Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Embedded) roles.
Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and engineering-specific job boards.
Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and US work status (H1-B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Negotiate pay rates for W2, C2C, 1099.
Manage ATS, VMS/MSP submissions, and onboarding paperwork.
Work in US time zones and deliver on hiring metrics.
