About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Manager & Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Agile projects while facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the Scrum framework is followed. This dual role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through delivery.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance and help remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication plans.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management and/or as a Scrum Master.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
