Job Title: Project Manager

Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead planning and execution across product, engineering, QA, and design teams. Your mission is to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring clear communication, risk management, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
- Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs.
- Identify, document, and mitigate risks; proactively remove blockers.
- Track and report on progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Allocate resources effectively based on team capacity and priorities.
- Act as the central point of contact among teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with product strategy and business objectives.
Management Responsibilities
- Drive alignment across engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
- Maintain project documentation and keep all stakeholders updated.
- Develop and refine project management processes and tools for efficiency.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coach and support team members to help them meet delivery goals.
- Provide transparent, concise updates to leadership on status, risks, and decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology/software projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication for working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with project tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification (preferred).
