Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Navya Constructions, located in Visakhapatnam. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, and within budget. The Project Manager's day-to-day tasks will involve planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. They will also be responsible for expediting processes and logistics management to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

Project Management, Expeditor, and Expediting skills

Inspection and quality control abilities

Experience in Logistics Management

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred

Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
