Role Responsibilities:

As a Product Specialist, you will:

• Coordinate new product development from concept to launch
• Organise and present product webinars to clients and partners
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and build the sales funnel
• Plan and track inventory and dispatches in coordination with our logistics team
