Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented PHP Developer to join our dynamic team at Automios. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel/CodeIgniter, or other frameworks.

Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code following industry best practices.

Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases for data storage and optimization.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular) into the backend.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

Implement RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Ensure application security and data protection best practices.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical discussions.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve coding skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.

Strong knowledge of Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.

Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, including writing optimized queries.

Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue/Angular is a plus).

Understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.

Experience in API development and third-party service integration.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub.

Ability to write unit tests and perform debugging.

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, Firebase) is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and server management.

Basic knowledge of Node.js or Python.

Understanding of SEO and performance optimization techniques.
