Must-Have

Understanding of 2 Tier/3 Tier network architecture

Ability to properly triage and troubleshoot Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and WFi

Strong WiFi skillset, and can understand and tune and optimize WiFi networks

Basic switch/port configuration, tracing & VLAN segmentation

3+ years of experience in a technical support or network engineering role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.

Hands-on experience with Aruba Networks – Switches and Access Points, and Aruba Central, Ekahau Wireless Tools, and Fortinet firewalls is a plus

Strong troubleshooting skills across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.

Working knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Good-to-Have

Experience with Wherehouse Management Systems, POS systems and retail technology is a plus

Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE (Airwatch), Zebra and Honeywell mobility devices, and VoCollect.
