About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and functionality of our software applications. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, understands testing processes, and has experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams to support high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and functional specifications to create clear and comprehensive test cases.
• Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and/or desktop applications.
• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and UAT.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using standard bug tracking tools.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, triage, and verify fixes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including daily standups and sprint reviews.
• Validate end-to-end workflows to ensure seamless user experience.
  
  
  

  Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in Manual Software Testing.
  • Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience writing test scenarios, test cases, and test reports.
  • Experience with defect management tools such as:
  • JIRA / Bugzilla / Azure DevOps / TestRail
  • Ability to test web, mobile, or API features (any one or combination).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
