Manager, Social Media, Influencer & Community Management
Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Content & Community Manager to join the Integrated Marketing Communications Team to amplify our presence on social media. This role requires both highly creative and strategic thinking, with a focus on supporting the development and execution of impactful social media strategies such as content ideation, content creation, growing a loyal online community and working closely on influencer campaigns. We are looking for someone who is on the pulse of all culture and beauty trends that can create relevant content to live across our owned social media channels.
This role will focus on content creation, social media management, community engagement and influencer content to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement across all social platforms. The ideal candidate is an expert in social storytelling, understands platform-specific best practices, and can seamlessly blend creative content with data-driven insights to optimize performance. You will manage daily content publishing on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, contributing to content ideation, creation, and trend adaptation for content creators and influencers. We are looking for individuals with highly creative and gen-z-first communication skills who are chronically online and can articulate brand messaging in a concise, witty and insightful way. Must have a big passion and in-the-know of beauty, social media, viral trends, and customer experiences.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00/ year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.
Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
