About the Role

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Install (New User Acquisition) & Digital Branding Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate must have 4-5 years of hands-on experience working on large budgets in driving user acquisition strategies for mobile app, as well as expertise in digital branding across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for executing campaigns that grow our user base while building a strong and consistent digital presence for our brand.

About the team

Shopsy is a part of the Flipkart group company whose mission is to acquire the next 200 million customers for the Flipkart group.
The role is for the Performance Marketing team in Shopsy which has been exponentially building a base of installers and customers over the last 3+ years and have a further path to growth and acquiring new customers planned this year and this role will play a pivotal role in the journey this year in enabling the business to achieve the customer, revenue and profitability objectives.

You are Responsible for

Key Responsibilities:

User Acquisition (Install Focus):

  • Design, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns, primarily focused on driving app installs.
  • Utilize mobile advertising networks, social media platforms, and other digital channels to increase installs and engagement.
  • Analyze and monitor performance across all acquisition channels to ensure campaigns meet acquisition goals, budget allocations, and ROI.
  • Work closely with the product and data teams to identify target segments, develop tailored campaigns, and ensure proper attribution and tracking.
  • A/B test campaigns and creatives to maximize conversion rates and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies and internal teams to expand reach and maximize user growth.

Digital Branding:

  • Develop and execute a digital branding strategy to promote the company’s products and services online.
  • Create and manage campaigns across platforms and other digital touchpoints to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure a visually appealing and consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor brand sentiment across digital channels and optimize messaging to enhance brand perception.
  • Leverage digital tools to analyze brand performance, engagement metrics, and trends to refine strategies and enhance visibility and impact on the platform.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with the creative and content teams to develop engaging assets and messaging for acquisition and branding campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, with a focus on both acquisition metrics and brand health.
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to refine user acquisition and branding strategies based on feedback and results.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

User Acquitision & Performance Marketing channels (Google, Meta, YouTube) Hands on Experience

Experience in running Digital Branding campaigns

Analytical and Problem solving thinking
