Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Quality Analyst who will support the Sales QA function by auditing calls, reviewing processes, and identifying improvement areas in day-to-day sales execution. This role will work closely with the Senior Sales QA, Inside Sales, and Regional Managers to ensure adherence to quality standards while providing timely insights for coaching and training.
