About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1–3 years of professional experience in Human Resources who are eager to take on a versatile role in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. You will be a key point of contact for employees and management, ensuring that HR operations are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with legal standards and company values.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
  • Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate and support recruitment needs
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Support with drafting offer letters and employment contracts

 

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and HR-related issues
  • Facilitate regular communication between HR and departments to support a positive work culture
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team-building events, wellness programs, etc.
  • Maintain employee satisfaction and morale through clear communication and timely problem resolution

 

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digitally and in physical form
  • Ensure data compliance with GDPR and company policies
  • Manage probationary reviews, performance tracking, and training documentation
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • Handle sensitive employee information with complete confidentiality and professionalism

 

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Work alongside payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
  • Support in benefits administration (leave, pensions, health benefits, etc.)
  • Track attendance, sick leaves, and holidays and generate periodic reports

 

Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Prepare HR-related documentation for audits and legal purposes
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism)

 

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR-related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
