Experienced Baristas / Event All-Rounder - 20 hour contract (hours can increase)

We are looking for experienced, versatile Baristas / All-Rounders to join our team. We offer mobile and event hospitality solutions for the corporate and events industry across the UK.

Our clients include event agencies, marketing agencies, stand builders, conference organisers, event managers, and venues. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoy delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.

What the role involves

This is a hands-on and multifaceted role with a focus on both operations and on-site event delivery. Responsibilities include:

Events & Operations

• Organising our warehouse and equipment
• Conducting equipment checks, prepping stock boxes, and preparing for events
• Ordering, receiving, and collecting stock as required
• Assisting with (or leading) the setup and breakdown of bars/equipment at events
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Producing high-quality, high-volume coffee (and other hospitality offerings) at events and exhibitions – full training provided
• Representing our brand with professionalism and confidence

Additional Responsibilities & Requirements
We’re seeking reliable, hardworking, and friendly individuals who:

• Hold a clean UK driver’s licence and are confident driving a panel van
• Are physically fit (heavy lifting involved)
• Work proactively and independently, with strong attention to detail
• Take pride in their appearance and grooming
• Have a “can-do” attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Remain approachable, adaptable, and professional at all times

Location

• Our base is in Hampshire, but most work will take place on-site at events in London and across the UK.
• Training will be provided to ensure you’re confident with all aspects of our equipment and operations.

Prerequisite: Driver’s license

Experience (preferred, not essential)

• Hospitality: 1 year
• Customer service: 1 year
• Barista: 1 year
