Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Duties

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with precision and care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience is required. We do provide training from our roasting partners Ozone coffee.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Strong serving skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
