Objective of the Role
To drive capability-building initiatives across assigned divisions by designing and delivering impactful therapy, brand, selling skills, behavioural, coaching, and other training interventions—aligned to organizational goals and growth culture.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for capability development of sales team in pharma selling skills.
Conducting selling skills/therapy/brand training program for assigned divisions/Cluster
Ensuring follow up and adoption of digital learning interventions yielding better learning retention and business outcomes
Collaboration with team lead for supporting in deployment of key training projects
Deployment of methods to measure training effectiveness at Division specific levels
Partnering with external agencies to leverage quality training content and delivery
Conducting TNI/TNA & designing training modules, to be delivered for the training program
Conduct On Job Training (OJT) with sales team to help them improve in clinic effectiveness
Skills & Experience
Experience: 8–10 years in Sales Training / L&D, preferably in Pharmaceuticals Sales
Education: B.Sc. / B. Pharm + MBA/PGDM/MMS
Desirable: Courses in Pharmaceutical Management
Key Competencies:
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Analytical thinking and data-based decision making
• Planning, organizing, and stakeholder management
• Experience in coaching and digital learning platforms
