Qualifications

  • Understand electromagnetic, microwave and transmission line theory, as well as VLSI circuits and systems, power electronics, network theory through course works
  • Use and automation of simulation tools such as MATLAB, Cadence PowerSI/DC, Ansys Siwave, HFSS, HSpice, ADS to perform end-to-end SI/PI analysis and design optimization
  • Collaborate with Chip, Package, PCB and Technology teams to ensure reliable and robust design
  • Solid programming skills in Python, Verilog-A and Matlab
  • Debug and Support designs throughout their life cycle

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering and currently in their third or fourth year of study

Preferred Qualifications

  • Course work in Electrical circuits, VLSI circuits, Transmission line theory, network theory, power electronics, Digital Design, System Verilog/Verilog-A
  • Use of simulation tools such as PowerSI/DC, HSpice
  • Programming/Scripting languages such as; Python, Verilog-A, Matlab
