Glenmark is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications professional to join our team in Mumbai. The role is ideal for individuals with 16-22 years of experience in corporate communications who are eager to make a significant impact in a global, fast-paced environment. As part of the global corporate communications team, the DGM- Corporate Communications professional will play a pivotal role in driving internal and digital communications, supporting Glenmark’s communication strategies, and enhancing the company’s reputation through compelling storytelling and messaging.

Responsibilities

 

 Lead and execute global communication projects in key markets such as the US, Europe, and emerging markets.

Drive initiatives that enhance Glenmark’s brand presence and reputation on a global scale.

 Lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal communication strategies, ensuring alignment with

global organizational goals and driving clarity and engagement across all levels.

 Lead the development and optimization of communication processes and vehicles such as newsletters, videos,

intranet updates, surveys, executive presentations, and social media content.

 Work closely with global communications colleagues to ensure messaging is aligned and consistent across all

communication channels.

 Regularly assess the effectiveness of communication strategies using key performance metrics to ensure maximum

engagement and impact.

Preferred Experience and Capabilities

 

 12-18 years of professional experience in Corporate Communications, ideally within a global organization or the pharmaceutical industry.

 Strong writing and analytical skills with a passion for storytelling.

 Creative thinker with the ability to create engaging and innovative content for both internal and external audiences.

 Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with a track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Ability to balance multiple projects, manage prioritization of work and deadlines with organization and rigor

 Exposure to digital communication tools, including website management, social media, and employee engagement platforms.
