About the Role

The Client Technical Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the Engineering, Product and Business Development teams to ensure the smooth and efficient onboarding and integration of new clients into the organization's technology systems as well as providing business as usual support for technical related issues.  A client facing role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, implementing best practices and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

About the team

The Technical support team ensures support for clients across all stages of the lifecycle. From integration / onboarding to resolving BAU issues. The team works closely with product and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience and ensuring issues are resolved in a timebound manner.

You are Responsible for

- Guide new customers or those integrating new products through the API contract, providing hands-on support during the integration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API-related errors encountered by clients.
- Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot issues to deliver effective solutions.
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them to resolution.
- Deliver timely and accurate feedback to customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of all issues.
- Follow established escalation protocols for unresolved issues, liaising with relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance knowledge of both existing and new product offerings.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

You possess knowledge and expertise in working with APIs and a desire to explore and understand data and new technologies. Additionally, you excel at explaining intricate technical concepts to clients and internal stakeholders in simple, understandable language.
