Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct market research, process analysis, and data evaluation to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing business strategies, workflows, and solution roadmaps.
• Create presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Technical) to ensure smooth execution of solutions.

  Required Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or Strategy/Operations role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and client interaction skills.
  • Understanding of business operations, workflows, and process mapping.
