Job Summary:
We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive the successful delivery of business solutions. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in identifying business needs, analyzing data and processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to propose and implement improvements. This position is key in bridging the gap between business goals and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and project managers, to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Support the development and testing of proposed solutions, ensuring they meet requirements and business expectations
- Assist in process mapping, workflow improvements, and operational strategy recommendations
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams throughout project lifecycles
- Monitor project progress and provide ongoing support during implementation and post-deployment phases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools is a plus
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is an advantage
