Job Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and MR teams to ensure clear communication.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and issues.
• Assist in developing and executing test plans to validate solutions against business requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Finance or Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications (Preferred): CA, CFA, FRM.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in a professional environment.

Foundational Skills:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry or with financial clients.
• Strong financial domain expertise.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with business users.
• Strong liaison skills between business and technology teams.
• Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver critical functions/initiatives.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and project management software.
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
