Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting data integration and analytics solutions using SAP’s BODS and SAC platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting in both environments, as well as strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

BODS Development:

• Design and develop ETL processes using SAP BODS for data integration from multiple sources.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to support business needs.

• Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Optimize and troubleshoot BODS jobs for performance improvements.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the ETL process.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Development:

• Design and develop business intelligence and reporting solutions in SAC.

• Build data models, dashboards, and reports using SAC tools to visualize key business metrics.

• Integrate data from various sources into SAC for analytics purposes.

• Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and report requirements.

• Provide training and support to end-users on SAC functionalities.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including data architects, analysts, and business users) to ensure data requirements are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to BODS or SAC.

• Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for BODS and SAC solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP BODS and SAC features, best practices, and trends.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) for ETL development.

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboard creation, data modeling, and reporting.

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SAP HANA, SQL Server, Oracle).

• Knowledge of data integration best practices and performance optimization.

• Ability to work with large datasets and transform them into actionable insights.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BODS and SAC.

• Experience in data modeling, reporting, and analytics.

• Previous experience in a similar role with SAP data solutions is preferred.
