About the Role: As a Backend Intern at Medikloud, you will work alongside our experienced team, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of backend systems. This internship offers hands-on experience with databases, APIs, authentication, deployment workflows, and server-side logic in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers to design, implement, and maintain backend systems and applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Golang.

Work on database design & interactions, server-side logic, and API development (REST/GraphQL).

Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards & best practices.

Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Ruby, Node.js, or Golang.

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and server-side concepts.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Replit, Windsurf, etc.) is preferred.

Pay range and compensation package: Full-time is preferred. Outstanding interns will receive a letter of recommendation, PPO.
