Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS (EMR, Glue), PySpark, Python, and Airflow.
Perform L2 Production Support: analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
Proactively communicate updates to customers and stakeholders during incident handling.
Collaborate with L1.5 and L3 teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Monitor, optimize, and improve data workflows for reliability and performance.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Production Support.
Strong skills in PySpark, Python, Airflow, AWS EMR, and AWS Glue.
Hands-on experience in incident management and stakeholder communication.
Ability to work in 24x7 support environments (as needed).Role & responsibilities
