Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Excellence
Own and optimize all core HR operational processes, including onboarding/offboarding, employee data management, HR documentation, and process automation for Vizag location.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee records in alignment with statutory and organizational requirements.
Champion the development, standardization, and documentation of HR policies, SOPs, and workflows across the employee lifecycle.
HR Systems & Analytics
Handle the configuration, implementation, and administration of the HRIS platform; act as the primary liaison with vendors and IT.
Prepare and deliver high-impact HR dashboards and reports (e.g., attrition, headcount, demographics, HR KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, flag risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
Compliance, Governance & Risk
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, audit requirements, and data protection regulations
Handle statutory compliance regarding PF/ESI/PT/Gratuity/Labour Laws etc.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HR audits and internal risk assessments, managing documentation and closure of audit observations.
Lead investigations related to HR operational issues and ensure prompt resolution aligned with company policy.
Employee Experience & Support
Act as a key escalation point for employee queries related to HR services, benefits, policies, and transactions.
Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to deliver a unified and seamless employee experience.
Foster a culture of continuous feedback and employee-first mindset across HR operations.
People Leadership & Capability Building
Manage and develop a team of HR Coordinators and Specialists; foster a high-performance, service-driven culture.
Drive continuous capability development through coaching, upskilling, and process knowledge sharing.
Promote cross-functional collaboration to scale operations and introduce innovation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM
4-7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HR operations or shared services leadership role.
Strong command of HR systems (Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR, BambooHR, etc.).
Demonstrated expertise in HR Statutory, compliance, labor law application, and operational governance.
Hands-on experience managing audits, vendor relationships, and cross-functional stakeholders.
