Role Overview

Develop and deploy deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions for drug discovery and pharmaceutical research. Onsite position.

Responsibilities

Build deep learning models for molecular design, drug discovery, and protein analysis

Develop generative AI systems for molecule generation and lead optimization

Create agentic AI solutions to automate scientific workflows

Prototype and deploy AI applications for pharmaceutical challenges

Collaborate with chemists and biologists; publish/present findings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field

Strong expertise in deep learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow)

Hands-on experience with generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers)

Experience building agentic AI systems and autonomous agents

Track record of publications OR prototyping/deployment

Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks

Preferred

Experience in pharma/biotech or life sciences

Knowledge of cheminformatics or molecular modeling

Familiarity with GNNs and molecular representations
