Responsibilities:
- Account Coordination:Serve as a liaison between account managers, clients, and internal teams
- Coordinate and execute operational processes related to client accounts
- Process Management:Develop and maintain standardized processes for account operations
- Ensure adherence to established procedures and guidelines
- Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client accounts
- Generate reports on account performance, activities, and key metrics
- Client Communication:Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation
- Provide updates on account status, project timelines, and deliverables
- Issue Resolution:Address and resolve operational issues or concerns raised by clients or internal teams
- Escalate issues as needed and collaborate on effective solutions
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements
- Stay informed about any changes in regulations that may impact account operations
- Quality Assurance:Conduct regular quality checks on account operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
